Shipping and Delivery
We internationally ship to the following countries: Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Oman, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
Because of it’s alcohol content, fragrances are due to strict international transport regulations, hence the difficulty in shipping and the high shipping costs.
If your country is not in the above list, it means that we are not able to ship our fine fragrances to your country. However, we are constantly working on adding more countries to the list.
Our perfume oils can be shipped internationally as they do not contain alcohol and are therefore not subject to the same restrictions.
The international shipping is free for orders above $200. For orders below that level, the shipping fees per item are respectively: $8 for Malaysia; $10 for Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand; $12 for Australia, India, Japan and New Zealand; $17 for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States; $20 for Greece, Albania, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and United Arab Emirates; $30 for Argentina, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Iceland, Kenya, Lebanon, Nigeria and Ukraine.
For international shipments, in cases where country specific import and value taxes occur, they are to be paid by the recipient (except for Greece where we pay all the duties due to country-specific customs regulations).
Delivery Timing
Internationally we ship with DHL. The orders are processed and shipped within the day of the order or on the next day. The delivery usually takes two to three days for local shipments. For international shipments the delivery timing may depend on the distance and customs operations.
Delivery Complaints
It is normal for the packaging to show some wear after the shipping. However, if substantial damage occurred to the item (s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain and send us pictures of the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection. Your replacement item(s) will be shipped to you free of charge.
Returns
In case of change of mind, returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of reception in case the recipient bears the full cost of the return shipment (which may be higher than the shipping cost that we do apply since we do absorb part of the shipping cost). In that case a full refund will be issued based on the product cost only, since the shipping fee is not refundable.
